Google has been battling cyber squatters and affiliate marketers using Google and its subsidiaries in trademark infringement. Google is one of the most visited site and using its trademark to attract potential visitors and customers has an on-going practice by scammers, spammers and hackers. Aside from the trademark Google, other brand name under the property rights of the company are also targeted by cyber squatters like Youtube, Android and Gmail.

Just like any other infringement filed by Google to National Arbitration Forum, it is expected that the domain name will be handed down to Google for it owns the disputed brand name “Google” but a process will undergo and preliminary finding will be conducted whether the owners of NigeriaGoogle.com violated property rights and uses the Google trademark in bad faith.

NigeriaGoogle.com is not the only disputed domain name pending on the National Arbitration Forum panel against Google, YoutubeUrdu.com is also under examination of the board since it uses the Youtube trademark which also belongs to the Google corporation.
